They not only know the ins and outs of the process to buy and sell a home (they've helped us with both in the 2 years we've known them), but they go above and beyond to support with preparations and execute the best for the client, decision. At no point did they take more than 20 minutes to respond and they even helped us do some repairs to seal the deal. We had to leave the state before our home sold, and they made trips multiple times a week to our home- 45 minutes from their locations, to check on it and check our mail. They're communicative, honest, and just golden hearted good people. They happen to be professional business folk too, who get you a fair price and honest negotiation. Can't thank them enough. They're the best I've ever known in this business.

They are a stellar team and just really kind human beings. They went above and beyond in easing a difficult house finding and purchasing process. Their expertise, professionalism, and encouragement were evident every step of the way. They really listened and wanted to make sure I found a place I liked. And in this market it has been tough. We put in multiple offers and searched far and wide. Joseph logged many miles taking me to see properties that we put offers in only to find an all cash buyer's offer had been selected. Joseph and his dad even remedied some issues the builder wouldn't take care of in order to make things acceptable on the house I finally purchased.
